How long will it take to receive my planter? We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 3–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

What if my planter arrives broken? Because planters are fragile, we double-box every order. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email a photo to contact@Savrine.shop within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately.

Do these planters have drainage? Many of our designs include drainage holes. Please check the specific product description for the drainage details of each individual planter.
